After our big outings on Tuesday and Wednesday, we decided to stay in on Thursday and catch our breaths. We had a great day of being together, playing and of course, eating! Martha offered to dye Easter eggs with the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed that. Because we had a few busted eggs, Martha made egg salad and I made egg drop soup for lunch. We also had some yummy guacamole and for dinner we had spaghetti. Martha whipped up a fab pavlova for us...it was too die for!! We played our fun games of rummy and watched Friends re-runs. It has been such a fun week!
