Christmas Eve was spent finishing up cookies and sweets for everyone, a trip to the beach and a nice Christmas program at St. Alban's Church in Eastbourne. It was a nice, short program with a few carols, a nativity play followed by ice blocks (popsicles). Ben got home about 6pm so he missed the church trip but was glad to be home after a long stretch of busy work. One tradition I missed this year was driving around looking at the Christmas lights. I love to pack the kids up, put on the holiday music and drive around take in all the beautiful lights and decorations. We'll definitely pick up that tradition next year! :)
