Mary Katherine's birthday dinner of choice was, of course, Ramen noodles! However, since we ran out of the Ramen noodles that grandma and grandpa sent us from the States and had to use the Maggi instant noodles from NZ, she didn't eat them. So really MaeMae's birthday dinner was made up of...cupcakes. :) Oh well, you only live once!

Sad little princess. We bought her this beautiful princess dress-up to wear to her party along with sweet little hair baubles (clips). This is the reaction from trying on her new duds. Finally I got it out of her that she was mad because she only wanted to wear one hair bauble instead of the 2 I put in her hair. Seriously??? Is this a sign of things to come? Oh teenage years please be kind to us!
