Last Day in Sydney

Our last day in Sydney was a little rainy so the kids and I pretty much hung out in the hotel room. We did run out to the Corso to grab some postcards and little goodies for them for the plane ride home. Here's one end of the Corso and behind the kids is the way to Manly Wharf. In front of them is the beach. (And yes, the wind is blowing both their jackets that much!)

The Corso.

The waves were huge this day! The surfers were going nuts!

We had dinner on our last night with the Fisher family. An American family who is living in Auckland for a one year fellowship (same thing we are doing). Ben met David at the conference He trained at Wake Forest and they are looking to go back south. What a fun time we had with fellow Americans AND Southerners!!! We look forward to getting together with them soon. They were so sweet and had adorable 18-month old twins!

Caroline devouring a mango gelato cone. Oh my did she enjoy that...if you took it away from her you got the "look" and the scream to give it back to her immediately.

Calvin always eats so nicely and neatly. Rarely getting anything on himself, unlike our girls.

MaeMae thoroughly enjoyed her chocolate gelato very much as well.
